Can you get married and divorced on the same day?

In Utah, the answer is no.  It’s so much work to get married in the first place, that it doesn’t make much sense why you’d want to get divorced immediately thereafter.  In Utah, there is a 30-day waiting period for divorce, so you can’t just get married and then get divorced.  This may be different in different states, but in Utah, it’s not doable.
