-          What is the process by which I will be able to update my trust in the future if my family's needs change?

 

-          What kinds of questions should I expect to be asked during the trust review meetings?

 

-          How will I be informed of any changes to my trust?

 

-          How long have you been practicing law?

 

-          Are you familiar with all of the state and federal laws related to living trusts? Have you ever had a case overturned in court because of a technicality? If so, what was it and how did you rectify the situation?
